What the site is

Mustard Seed Investor summarizes public regulatory filings — SEC Form 13F reports and congressional STOCK Act disclosures — for educational and informational purposes. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. See the full disclaimer.

Accounts

You may browse without an account. Optional accounts use Google sign-in; you are responsible for activity under your account. Free accounts include the features described on the pricing page.

Subscriptions and courses

Paid tiers (Basic, Plus, Pro) and the young-investor courses are separate products billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can change plan, update payment details or cancel at any time from your Account page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Course enrolments are yearly and are not subscriptions to a tier.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass paywalls or access controls, misrepresent the data as your own product, or use automated means to overload the site.

Data accuracy

Filings are delayed by law, sometimes amended, and sometimes read automatically from scanned forms. Figures are provided "as is", may contain errors, and should be checked against the original filing, which is linked from each page. We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the site.

Affiliation

Mustard Seed Investor is not affiliated with the SEC, the U.S. Congress, Stripe, Google, or any investor or politician shown on the site.
