Consensus Signals

Where superinvestors and members of Congress are buying the same stocks. 13F data for Q2 2026; politician purchases filed in the last 90 days (since Aug 1, 2026).

What this shows: Each stock gets points from two groups. Superinvestors (13F filings): +3 if 30 or more of them hold it, +2 if 5 or more bought it this quarter, +2 if 5 or more opened a brand-new position, +1 if their estimated net buying is positive, −2 if their estimated net flow is negative (they sold more than they bought). Members of Congress (House STOCK Act reports, last 90 days, purchases of about $8,000 or more): +2 if 2 or more members bought it, +1 more if 3 or more did, +1 if a buyer is on our active-trader list (every member with disclosed trades, updated nightly). Both groups buying the same stock adds +2. A total of 3 or more is labelled Strong signal — except a stock superinvestors net sold, which is only ever Watch, however high its score; lower totals are also Watch. These labels describe how much buying the filings show. They are not recommendations. ⓘConsensus signal: Our score for a stock both groups are moving into: superinvestor buying plus members of Congress buying in the same period. 'Strong signal' means a score of 3 or more AND superinvestors net bought the stock; a stock they net sold is capped at 'Watch'. It is a starting point for research, not a buy recommendation. Guide

In plain English: this page lists stocks that BOTH groups bought recently — famous investors (from their quarterly reports) and members of Congress (from their trade disclosures). "Strong signal" means a lot of buying on both sides; "Watch" means some buying, but less — or the famous investors were selling overall. It is a research starting point, not a tip.

5 signals

1,091 strong signals overall. Highest scores first; ties go to stocks bought by both groups, then the largest estimated net buying.
